I have led a number of workshops at previous feminist events, mostly ladyfests. These have been on self harm, sexual abuse and mental health. Mental health was my most recent one, at Ladyfest Brighton, and it was well received. I was only able to pick one workshop from this list, but I would also be interested in the topics of Trauma support the Icarus project, Mental Health Nutrition (trained as a nutritionist once, however this was a while ago and Im not 100% confident) Child Abuse. In terms of my ideas for these workshops I simply feel that it is really important to build feminist-based support systems outside of the NHS, as the NHS is currently failing a lot of people.
